WARRANTY

Warranty Returns

Before sending back a product for repair, please contact Dremel DigiLab Customer Service (available 8AM - 5PM CT M to F, except on holidays) to obtain a repair form: 1-844-437-6533.

Complete the repair form, and include it along with a copy of your receipt, in the box. If you do not have a copy of the receipt, write down an approximate purchase date.  Detailed notes on the troubles that you are experiencing will greatly help our technicians.

All 3D Printers should also be returned in original packaging to protect the printer from damage in shipping. If the original packaging is not available you can request a set from 3PITech (contact us). Dremel recommends the purchase of insurance to protect against loss or accidental damage for which we cannot be responsible, and that it be shipped with tracking. Retain the documentation in the event your shipment does not arrive. Ship all 3D printers with their power cord.

Once we receive the product, it will be evaluated. If there is a charge for the repair, we will contact you directly. If not, we will complete the repair and get the product back to you via USPS or UPS depending on the weight and size of the item.  It is the buyer’s responsibility to pay for return shipping fees for repairs that are not covered under warranty.  Dremel customer service will provide you with the shipping address and instructions.

Purchase Orders (POs) will be invoiced with NET 30.  A link to QUICKBOOKS® MERCHANT PAYMENTS will be on the invoice.

It is free and secure payment site.

POs paid by check and mailed through the US post office run a risk of interception and check fraud. We have seen an increased number of these occurrences in 2022. We highly urge all customers paying by check to use an electronic payment format whenever possible. For checks over $1,000, we highly encourage you to use a certified courier with tracking (i.e. UPS/FedEx).

If a check is returned by your financial institution for any reason, an additional $30.00 charge will be added to the full repayment amount.
