Return Policy website orders

Shipping & Delivery.  Items will be delivered via USPS or UPS depending on the weight and size of the package.  You will receive an email once the order has shipped with tracking information.  A signature may be required for the delivery of some packages.

Return for Refund

Returns must be initiated within 30 days of delivery of the product, and only items that are unused, unopened, and resalable can be returned for refund.

All 3D Printers should also be returned in original packaging to protect the printer from damage in shipping. 3D printers should be returned via UPS and should be insured to cover the value of the printer. Dremel will not be responsible for damage to products packed improperly.

All Other Items: Package the product(s) in a box using packing material to eliminate extra space, and include a note with your name, phone number, mailing address, email address and the reason for the return.

Using the carrier of your choice, ship the package to the address below.  We recommend shipping with tracking and insurance, and retaining the documentation in the event your package does not arrive.

It is the buyer’s responsibility to pay return shipping fees for returns that are not covered under warranty repair. Returns that are not covered under warranty incur a restocking fee of 10% of the total purchase price, which will be deducted from the refund amount.

Return for Repair

Before sending back a product for repair, please contact Dremel DigiLab Customer Service to obtain a repair form: 1-844-437-6533

Complete the repair form, and include it along with a copy of your receipt, in the box. If you do not have a copy of the receipt, write down an approximate purchase date.  Detailed notes on the troubles that you are experiencing will greatly help our technicians.

Package the returned items to protect them in shipment. Dremel recommends the purchase of insurance to protect against loss or accidental damage for which we cannot be responsible, and that it be shipped with tracking.  Retain the documentation in the event your shipment does not arrive.  Ship all 3D printers with their power cord.

Once we receive the product, it will be evaluated. If there is a charge for the repair, we will contact you directly. If not, we will complete the repair and get the product back to you via USPS or UPS depending on the weight and size of the item.  It is the buyer’s responsibility to pay for return shipping fees for repairs that are not covered under warranty.
