Shipping and Delivery

Your purchased items will be delivered via UPS ground.  depending on the weight and size of the package.  You will receive an email once the order has shipped with tracking information.  A signature may be required for the delivery of some packages.

Estimated time of delivery for ground shipping will vary (3 to 6 business days) depending on the shipping address location.

Shipping costs are calculated by order value.  Here are the price breaks:

$0.00–$499.99               $15.95
$500.00–$999.99           $31.95
$1,000.00–$2,249.99      $50.00
$2,500.00 and up         $100.00

 

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Out of Stocks / Sold Out
If for any reason you would like to order an item which is out of stock, please contact us for an estimated date of replenishment.  In some circumstances, we may allow the purchase of an out of stock item with pre-approval.
